Frozen Peruvian Seaweed (*Yuyo*) chicoria de mar
Enjoy the taste of the Peruvian sea with our frozen *yuyo* (*Chondracanthus chamissoi*), also known as sea chicory. It is a versatile ingredient for preparing ceviche, *tiradito*, seafood stews, *jaleas* (fried seafood platters), soups, and salads.

Features
• Harvested along the Peruvian coast. • Selected and cleaned to remove foreign matter. • Packaged in clear or laminated bags, according to customer requirements. • Available as block-frozen or IQF (Individually Quick Frozen), subject to availability. • Recommended storage: at −18°C or lower, maintaining the cold chain.

Packaging Options
500 g, 1 kg, 2.5 kg, and 5 kg bags. We also offer 15 kg master cartons for wholesale distribution or export, upon request.

Preparation and Storage
Thaw under refrigeration; never thaw at room temperature. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume promptly. Do not refreeze. Color and texture may vary slightly between batches.
